Green Smoothie


  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • Toppings: sliced strawberries, granola, and a drizzle of honey


  1. Blend spinach, banana, and almond milk until smooth. Pour into a bowl and top with chia seeds, strawberries, granola, and honey.
