Many of our valued customers opt to cleanse on a monthly basis, while others may choose to do so more frequently but incorporate healthy foods alongside the cleanse. Some individuals prefer a seasonal approach, cleansing every few months. It is essential to listen to your body, experiment, and determine what approach works best for you. We encourage you to find a cleansing routine that aligns with your unique needs and goals.

Can I start my cleanse a day or more later?
Due to the recommended 3-day shelf life of our juice for peak freshness, we advise against starting your cleanse on a later date. While it’s acceptable to consume the juice on day 4 if necessary, for the utmost vitality, we suggest enjoying it within the initial 3-day window.
Can I spread the cleanse over my week? Skip days?
While we understand the desire for flexibility, it’s generally advised to complete the cleanse on consecutive days, especially for 3, 5 or 6-day programs. This approach ensures you receive the full benefits of the cleanse.
Can I still have my morning coffee?
We understand that caffeine withdrawals can be a challenge. If you find it necessary, you can still enjoy your morning coffee. We recommend keeping it to one cup, and opt for it black or with a non-dairy milk of your choice.
Will I get hungry?
Anticipating hunger is natural, but many find our cleanses to be pleasantly satisfying. Some even find it a challenge to consume all the servings in a day due to the generous portions packed with nourishing goodness. However, it’s completely normal if you do experience moments of hunger. Should you need a little extra, we’ve included some wholesome snack ideas in your guide to support you along the way.
Do you generally lose weight when doing a cleanse?
While individual results may vary, it’s common to experience a noticeable shift in weight during our cleanses. The change in diet, combined with the lower calorie intake, often leads to some weight loss. Additionally, the opportunity for your digestive system to rest can help alleviate bloating. By the end of your cleanse, you can expect to feel lighter, fresher, and more energized!

How do I order?
To place your order, simply visit our website and select the date from our calendar for when you would like your cleanse delivered using the available calendar. Once you’ve made your selection, you’ll receive an email confirming your booking, along with a comprehensive guide to help you prepare for and navigate your cleanse journey
Do you collect the empty jars once I’ve finished my cleanse?
Absolutely! Sustainability is a core principle for us. We’ll arrange to collect your empty jars on the Friday following the completion of your cleanse. Kindly leave them out the night before (Thursday) for us to retrieve anytime from early Friday morning.
How many juices do you get in a cleanse?
Breastfeeding Mums 2-Day Cleanse: 12 x 450ml serves to be enjoyed at your convenience anytime over 4 days. Providing roughly 3 servings per day.
Bestselling – 3-Day Cleanse: 18 serves in total, with 6 x 450ml serves per day.
Advanced Cleanses (5 or 6 Days): For a 5-day cleanse, you’ll receive 30 serves, and for a 6-day cleanse, you’ll receive 36 serves. Both options include 6 x 450ml serves per day. To ensure maximum freshness, these cleanse durations will be split into two deliveries, so be sure to make space in your fridge
What is the shelf life of the juices?
Our recommendation is to enjoy all of your cleanse servings within the first 4 days after receiving them to experience them at their freshest. For example, if your order is prepared on a Monday, the last day for consumption would be Friday. If the order is prepared on a Tuesday, the last day would be Saturday, and so forth
Can I cleanse whilst pregnant or breastfeeding?
While a strict cleanse isn’t recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, we offer a modified option tailored for breastfeeding Mums. This plan provides 2 days’ worth of cleanse servings (12 instead of 18), to be enjoyed over 4 days while incorporating regular healthy meals. This allows for roughly 3 servings of the cleanse each day, ensuring you receive an abundance of essential nutrients. By including healthy meals, you maintain the necessary calorie intake to support both yourself and your little one. It’s designed to complement your day, offering additional support without the intensity of a full cleanse.
Are there any conditions under which I should not cleanse?
Cleansing is not recommended for:
• Children under the age of 18
• Individuals experiencing weight loss due to an illness or eating disorder.
Additionally, if you have any of the following specific conditions, we strongly advise consulting your healthcare practitioner before embarking on a cleanse:
• Advanced heart, liver, or kidney disease.
• Diabetes.
• MCAD deficiency.
• Kidney dysfunction.
• Tuberculosis.
• Hyperglycemia.
• Mental or emotional instability or illness.
There are other health conditions that may not be suitable for cleansing, so it’s crucial to consult your healthcare practitioner if you have any existing conditions or if you’re unsure in any way
Delivery
When can I expect the delivery of my cleanse?
Our deliveries are scheduled between 7-9pm on the night before you commence your cleanse.
Here’s a breakdown of the delivery schedule based on your chosen start day:
– If your cleanse is set to begin on a Monday, your delivery will be made on Sunday night.
– If your cleanse is set to begin on a Tuesday, your delivery will be made on Monday night.
– If your cleanse is set to begin on a Wednesday, your delivery will be made on Tuesday night.
– If your cleanse is set to begin on a Friday, your delivery will be made on Thursday night.
This ensures that you have your fresh cleanse ready to go for a seamless start to your journey.
What happens if I'm not available to receive my cleanse delivery?
Upon purchasing a cleanse, it is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to promptly place all items in the fridge upon delivery. This is crucial to preserve the freshness and shelf life of the products, ensuring they remain at the correct temperature.
Please be aware that as our cleanses are perishable, assuming responsibility for the delivery is part of the purchasing agreement. We recommend making arrangements to have someone receive the delivery or providing clear instructions on where to leave the cleanse if you are unable to be present.
In the event that you are not available during drop off they will be left at your specified address.

What if I’m not located within your delivery areas?
If your location falls outside of our current delivery areas, we are always open to conversations to accommodate your needs. How are 5 and 6-day cleanses delivered?
Since our cleanses are freshly made to order, without any additives, preservatives, or nasties, they have a limited shelf life. To ensure that you receive your cleanse at its ultimate freshness, all 5- and 6-day cleanses are split into two separate deliveries.
This means that for a 5-day cleanse, you will receive two deliveries: the first delivery will include the first 3-days of your cleanse, and the second delivery will contain the remaining 2-days.
Similarly, for a 6-day cleanse, there will be two deliveries, the first delivery containing your first 3-days and the second delivery containing the final 3-days
