Ingredients:
- 2 salmon fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- Fresh dill, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.- Season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon slices and fresh dill.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
- Serve with a fresh green salad or steamed green veggies of choice
