Baked Salmon with Lemon and Dill

Ingredients:

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 lemon, sliced
  • Fresh dill, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Place salmon fillets on a baking sheet.- Season with salt and pepper. Top with lemon slices and fresh dill.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
  3. Serve with a fresh green salad or steamed green veggies of choice
