Stir-Fried Tofu and Vegetables


  • 200g firm tofu, cubed
  • Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas), chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Cooked brown rice or quinoa


  1. In a pan, heat sesame oil and add tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
  2. In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables and garlic until tender. Add cooked tofu back in.
  3. Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
