Ingredients:
- 200g firm tofu, cubed
- Assorted vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, snap peas), chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Cooked brown rice or quinoa
Instructions:
- In a pan, heat sesame oil and add tofu cubes. Cook until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, stir-fry vegetables and garlic until tender. Add cooked tofu back in.
- Pour soy sauce over the mixture and stir until well coated. Serve over brown rice or quinoa.
